Pricing FAQ
When does paid pricing kick in?
We will notify all beta users at least 30 days before billing begins. You will have the option to choose a tier or stop using the product.
Are there any usage limits during beta?
Fair-use limits apply: roughly 1 WhatsApp number and 1,000 messages per month per account. Heavy users should reach out — we can raise limits on a case-by-case basis.
Does WAOS charge per WhatsApp message?
No. WAOS itself never charges per message. If you use the Meta Cloud API transport, Meta charges per conversation directly (their standard pricing — we pass it through, we do not mark up). If you use the QR-scan transport, there are no per-message costs.
Can I bring my own GoHighLevel Marketplace app?
Yes, on the Agency tier. Run WAOS under your own private Marketplace app so clients only ever see your brand.
What happens to my WhatsApp sessions if I cancel?
Sessions remain logged in on your phone (we never own your WhatsApp account). Stored data in WAOS is exported on request and deleted on cancellation.
